New Hampshire Materials Laboratory (NHML) was established as an independent materials testing laboratory in 1979. For more than 30 years, the NHML staff and have become trusted partners with industry by meeting both routine and custom testing requirements.

The team helps service a growing list of customers. With over 600 industrial clients and 100 insurance clients, the NHML staff has expertise in failure analysis, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, metallography, microscopy and organic, inorganic and analytical chemistry.
As "Your Problem Solving Partner," NHML staff works to demonstrate their commitment in the following ways:
- Work directly with customers to address and answer questions regarding their problems.
- Typical turnaround time for routine testing within five business days from day received (if results are needed in a specific timeframe, call our lab to confirm feasibility).
- Expedited deliveries are accommodated.
- Technical staff is always available by phone or e-mail.
- Test results are e-mailed or faxed when completed. (Courier service is available, if desired.)
Visitors are always welcome to view our testing facilities. Contact our office for specific directions from your area. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. After hours consultation and services are graciously arranged by appointment.
